Here's what you need to know about our TurnerClean Residential Disinfection Service:
What is TurnerClean Disinfection Misting Service?
TurnerClean is a broad-spectrum disinfection misting service that provides powerful virus protection. We can quickly sanitize large areas and high-touch surfaces in your kitchen, bathroom, living areas, home offices, and more.
What disinfectant do you use?
TurnerClean uses Nisus DSV. The EPA has determined that Nisus DSV is effective against SARS-CoV-2, which is the cause of COVID-19.
Is the disinfectant you use safe?
Yes. The disinfectant is safe for all surfaces. After application, you will need to stay out of your home for two hours to allow complete drying and maximum effectiveness.
How effective is the disinfectant?
Studies show the disinfectant kills pathogens in seconds. It will kill SARS-CoV-2 which is the virus that causes COVID-19. This disinfectant is among the same group of industrial-grade, safety-rated disinfectants used by governments around the world for emergency disease control and listed in the biosecurity guides of the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization.
Where do you apply the disinfecting mist?
Our technicians will apply the disinfectant to all of the floors, walls, surfaces, and items in your home. Because the mist is very fine, it will penetrate even into inaccessible areas for the most thorough coverage and protection.
How does the application work?
The broad-spectrum disinfection mist is dispersed in fine particles that will slowly settle onto the surfaces throughout your home. The surfaces will be moist for a short period as the disinfectant is acting, then the surfaces will be left to dry.
Is the disinfectant environmentally friendly?
The ingredients in the disinfectant were selected for their ability to naturally degrade within the environment.
What types of properties does TurnerClean serve?
Homeowners with single-family houses or condominiums can take advantage of our disinfection service. We also offer TurnerClean services to all types of businesses, from healthcare facilities and restaurants, to educational institutions and offices.
What would we have to do to prepare for TurnerClean service?
Please see this list of the preparation steps to take in order to help ensure maximum coverage and effectiveness of the disinfectant application.
Do I have to sign up for recurring service in order to use TurnerClean?
We will be glad to provide a one-time service. If, however, you prefer recurring service to maintain protection from viruses and bacteria, we can schedule regular TurnerClean services.
What You Can Do to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19
Follow these tips from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC):
Wash your hands frequently:
Use soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds. This is especially important after you cough, sneeze, blow your nose, or have been in a public place.
Use hand sanitizer:
When you don’t have access to soap and water, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
Don’t touch your face:
Avoiding touching your mouth, nose, and eyes with unwashed hands.
Avoid close contact:
Stay home whenever possible and avoid close contact with anyone who is ill. Remember that some people who have no symptoms can still spread the virus, so stay at least six feet away from others.
Cover your face:
Even if you don’t feel ill, you could spread COVID-19. Wear a cloth face cover whenever you go out in public, such as during trips to the grocery store or pharmacy. Keep in mind that a cloth face cover is not a substitute for strict social distancing habits.
Cover sneezes and coughs:
Always cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow if you’re not wearing a cloth face covering.
Clean and disinfect:
Frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, lightswitches, countertops, phones, keyboard, and faucets should be disinfected every day. Clean dirty surfaces with soap and water or detergent before you disinfect them.
