This Agreement includes all the terms and conditions on the first page of the agreement and as set forth below.
Payment in full is due the date service begins. If payment has not been received by the next service date, then any unpaid charges will then be placed on an approved credit card. However, this Service Agreement is not effective until payment is received in full.
If payment in full is not received within thirty (30) days, Turner Pest Control, at its option, may employ an attorney to aid in the collection of any unpaid balance. If Turner Pest Control should employ an attorney, Customer AGREES to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs.
