Elaine Agramonte knows a thing or two about managing people—both at work and at home! As Director of People and Culture, she’s building a people-first culture at Turner Pest Control, where collaboration and accountability thrive. Her leadership style is rooted in creating environments where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to succeed. 
 
Elaine’s proudest career moments include leading HR strategy and transformation across multi-state and international operations. Most recently, stepping into her role at Turner has been a rewarding achievement where she continues to shape a culture of growth and performance. 
 
And when we say Elaine can handle anything, we mean it—because at home, she manages her toughest (and cutest) boss yet: her energetic 3-year-old toddler. If she can negotiate bedtime and snack choices, she can handle any challenge work throws her way! 
 
Elaine says her favorite part about Turner is “The people and the culture. There’s a strong sense of collaboration, ownership, and pride in the work we do, and it shows at every level.”
