When it comes to leadership, Elsa Martin knows how to keep things moving—both on the highway and in the office. As Vice President of Finance, Elsa leads her team with purpose and a people-first mindset.

Her inspiration? “My people: I try to take the time to personally learn about each of my team members and help them grow in the areas that interest them.”

Elsa’s career highlight is nothing short of impressive: passing the CPA exam start to finish in just nine months while working full time in Public Accounting and raising a family. That level of determination speaks to the kind of drive that defines her leadership style.

Outside of work, Elsa is fueled by adventure—whether she’s riding motorcycles, boating, camping, traveling, or gathering around for a board game night. When she’s not on the road or the water, she’s spending time with her husband of 25 years, two adult children, and niece (and yes, there’s a wedding in the works!).

Elsa says what she loves most about working at Turner is simple: “The people: I come to work every day to work alongside an amazing team.”
