Leading from the Front: Meet Wade Wilson 

Meet Wade Wilson, Vice President of Technical Services and a proud U.S. Marine veteran. His leadership philosophy is simple yet powerful: stay humble, stay grounded, and never forget where you came from. He leads by example—often working in the field alongside his team because, as he says, “You are never better than anyone else.”

Wade’s proudest achievements include earning the title of Marine in 1982 and, later, his current role at Turner. He considers his team his second family and feels honored to mentor them every day.

Outside of work, Wade enjoys hunting and fishing, even if time is limited, and considers the peace of the outdoors his personal sanctuary.
