The award represents our exemplary year of customer service to members of Angie’s List, the local services marketplace and customer review website. Award winners must meet strict eligibility requirements, including an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade. Winners also must be in good standing with Angie’s List, adhere to Angie’s List’s operational guidelines, and pass a background check.
