Thanks to the tremendous work and dedication of our team, Turner Pest Control was recently ranked #48 by the Jacksonville Business Journal on its list of the Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies in Jacksonville. The publication bases its list on companies that have experienced the greatest increase in revenues over the past three years.
In the article that features the list, CEO Mark Slater attributes Turner’s exceptional growth to maintaining a sharp focus on their core services. While other pest control companies have grown by acquisition or expanding their services beyond pest control, Slater says, “We are growing one customer at a time, staying focused on pest control, lawn care, and termite service.” He also credits the efforts of Turner Marketing Director Stacy McKinney, who has built a strong brand image and oversees the company’s social media presence.
Asked how Turner keeps its corporate culture in the right place while experiencing rapid growth, Slater says, “We try to keep it a small, family-oriented environment. We try to do things to create a win-win experience for the customer, the employee, and the company.”
