Meet Sarah Digilio, our Director of PMO/IT, who has made history at Turner by becoming the first female GHP Certified Operator, Field Supervisor, and Branch Manager. Her leadership is rooted in collaboration and ensuring her team maintains a healthy work-life balance—because when people enjoy what they do, great things happen.

Sarah’s life has been full of movement—she’s lived in more than 20 places, from Germany to Alaska to California and beyond!

When she’s not leading IT projects, Sarah enjoys spending weekends with her two young kids (ages 2 and 6), traveling, swimming, and making memories outdoors.
