In the last 17 years at Turner, Sarai McClerklin has grown from a Call Center Representative to Director of Customer Experience. Her career journey is a reflection of her passion and dedication to providing the best service for our customers through the years. She proudly supports and inspires her team every day, ensuring they have what they need to thrive.

Sarai’s leadership style is rooted in empathy and experience. Having started on the front lines, she knows the importance of being approachable and fair. She says, “My approach to leadership reflects the guidance and support I value most from some of the leaders in my life.”

Outside of work, Sarai is a proud mother to her daughter, a registered nurse, whom she considers her greatest accomplishment in life.
