Yelp is a leading provider of online reviews by customers of local businesses, and thanks to our great customers, we’ve received this recognition for our outstanding high ratings and positive reviews.
According to Turner Pest Control CEO Mark Slater, making the effort to listen to customers is key to earning their business and their trust. “We regularly monitor the feedback customers give us online and elsewhere, and make sure we’re responsive to what we’re hearing. Positive comments tell us what we’re doing right, and negative feedback tells us where we need to improve.”
“In addition to keeping an eye on our online reviews, we also use a survey system that has extensive reporting,” he adds, “which helps us understand the voice of our customers and alerts us to issues that need immediate attention.”
The “People Love Us On Yelp” award comes on the heels of our selection as an Angie’s List Super Service Award winner in the pest control category for 2016, which only a small fraction of companies receive.
